About the Opportunity:
We need a talented individual to fill the role of Sr. Test Engineer for Variosystems Inc. In this position, you will:
- Recommend test plan for new products to Sales Dept.
- Quote test generation based on test plan to Sales Dept
- Create PCBA test according to test plan
- Write software to implement functional tests
- Document PCBA tests (including Test Instruction)
- Support test implementation
- Document and maintain customer provided test equipment
- Review new test technologies for applicability and usefulness

Job Requirements:
5+ years of test development experience
Understanding of analog and digital circuitry
Programming experience (any of: Labview, C, .NET, Visual Basic, Assembly)
Bachelors degree in electronic engineering or equivalent experience
Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
Familiarity with IPC-610 accept/reject criteria regarding printed circuit board assemblies
Able to interpret component manufacturer's data sheets in regards to package design, part and lot numbers, correct orientation, or other technical data as required
Ability to work independently or as a team
