Project ManagementProject management is organized in three levels of support. Your direct Project Manager is typically an electronics engineer with first hand knowledge of design, functionality, testing and manufacturability. They are you primary point of contact with Variosystems.
The second level of support is the Project Coordinator who handles the details of manufacturing execution. They are the integration point between your product technology and every step of the manufacturing/testing process.
The group is completed by a procurement team consisting of components experts with a supplier base all over the world. Our local purchasers in the USA, Europe and Asia are linked through a global high speed network where price, availability and delivery information is accessible real time. When supplies are delayed, our procurement people are experts at finding alternative sources.
