Our special processes signify our established procedures that go beyond standardized component manufacturing processes. They supplement our service portfolio and are needed for moisture and temperature-sensitive applications or for protection against water. The usage areas include aviation, medical products and special applications in the field of defense and industry.
In order to prevent, for example, influences in difficult environments, our coating procedures can provide a protective barrier against the penetration of moisture into our components. The medium is designed to ensure protection against moisture, mould, dirt and climatic influences. At the same time, it can insulate electrical equipment, connections and switches.
A fluoropolymer coating can also be used. This offers further protection for the components against moisture and condensation. This coating is dust-repellent. The component is coated by means of an immersion procedure. This process can be applied relatively easily.
