Your tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for the procurement process from preparation to project completion of electronic components
- Carrying out value analyses and preliminary material calculations for existing and new projects
- Project team member between Purchasing, Project Management and Planning
- Organization, allocation and monitoring of project-related product group procurement
- Carrying out market analyses
- Application and selection of suppliers
- Adapting and updating master data maintenance
Required knowledge skills and abilities
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English both written and spoken.
- Should be a Team Player processing strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, Follow through commitments and meeting deadlines.
- Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel and Word is necessary. Hands-on experience with MS 365, Advanced Excel and an ERP system preferably with SAP will be an added advantage.
