Your tasks and responsibilities
- Managing and continuously improving operating methods, processes, equipment, systems and other operating infrastructure used to realize our production goals and objectives
- Overseeing production work schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations
- Ensure compliance of all regulatory guidelines, enhance material and information flow with strong focus on Occupational Health, Safety & ESD principles
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to drive performance
- Grow team competence and implement Lean Manufacturing tools, New Technologies and Assembly concepts
- Strengthen principles and methods used during Industrialization of electronic assemblies, specifically during cross functional collaboration within New Product Introduction processes.
- Resource planning and budgeting
Required knowledge skills and abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, operations, production engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferably in electronics industry; leading cross functional teams – quaality, planning, warehousing, production
- Knowledge and experience in electronics and mechanical assembly (engineering, design, production, servicing) with a hands-on approach
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record of growing new leaders
- Proficiency in Italian and English; German language is an asset
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Regulations (ISO 14001, 45001), ESD regulations, IPC 610, Quality Principles and Standards (ISO 13485, EN9100 (not a must) and Lean Manufacturing tools
- Result driven, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
