Head of Operations - EMS (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Production, Industrial Engineering, and Quality Control teams to achieve operational KPIs
- Report operational performance to the Management Board with improvement recommendations
- Mentor, engage, and motivate team members to achieve and excel in productivity standards.
- Prepare and manage CAPEX based on forecast and budget
- Implement strategic processes and standards to achieve operational excellences
- Analyze resource requirement based on future demand while managing operational costs
Your qualifications
- MBA, MSc in Manufacturing Engineering, BSc Engineering or equal degree
- Minimum ten years’ experience in operations of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or similar industry
- Sound knowledge and experience in LEAN Six Sigma Manufacturing Technology
- Sound knowledge and experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Industry
- Outstanding communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with analytical mind
- Excellent in organizational and leadership skills to develop, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve and adhere with Company’s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Familiar with SAP ERP system & MES system
- Hands on experience with latest manufacturing technologies (e.g.: AI, Industrial 4.0)
