Your responsibilities
- Project Management – Manage introduction and industrialization projects for new products (NPI), customer and internal teams coordination (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Logistics)
- Customer relationship management – customer relationship development and enhancement
- Leadership – self-leadership, leading in a project set-up, leading without disciplinary responsibility
- Product cost calculation and its optimization
Your qualifications
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, customer management and/or project management role in a design/production organization
- Knowledge of electronics and its components
- Customer focused with planning and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Advanced computer literature – MS Office, ERP
- Fluent in English & Croatian (written and spoken), German is an advantage
- Enjoy collaboration with multidiscipline international teams
