Executive - Customer Success Management

As an Executive – Customer Success Management, you are responsible for day-to-day customer management including the responsibility for the order management focusing on customer satisfaction, profitability, cash flow, revenues including expanding business with existing customers. You will be reporting to the Customer Portfolio Manager of the Customer Success Team. You should be a dynamic and self-motivated team player with an outstanding personality.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  •  Customer Relationship Management: Primary point of contact to the customer, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to their issues; building strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer’ needs and goals.
  • Transparency to Customer: Keep the customer up-to-date and accurately informed with standardized documents such as SAP documents, meeting minutes, timetables, etc.
  • Efficient Order Management: Processing all customer orders via SAP and Ticketing System across the entire value chain from quotation to after-sales service. Proactively identify deviations and develop efficient solutions in collaboration with TPM, CB, planning to ensure order fulfillment and achieve high delivery performance.
  • Financial KPI Management: Financial performance of the customer accounts (Revenue, CM1, CM2, NWC days, NPS), forecast and tracking, cash management.
  • Success Planning: Develop and execute customer success plans that outline specific goals, milestones, and strategies to achieve success. Work closely with customers to align their objectives with the capabilities of the company’s offerings.

 

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Bachelor, Advanced Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical) / Management from a recognized professional institute.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field. Experience in Electronics manufacturing will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Should be a Team Player processing strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, Follow through commitments and meeting deadlines.
  • Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel and Word is necessary. Hands-on experience with MS 365, Advanced Excel and an ERP system preferably with SAP will be an added advantage.
