Headquartered in Steinach, Switzerland, Variosystems Europe serves customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and UK particularly in the Medtech & Life Science, Aerospace & Defense, Smart Infrastructure & Environment, and Industrial & Automation markets.
Our European supply chain consists of three locations in Switzerland, one in Croatia and one in Romania. In Steinach, we focus on regulated markets such as Medtech & Life Science and Aerospace & Defense. Mendrisio offers low-cost production for electronic solutions in Switzerland, while Zizers specializes in rapid prototyping and small series. In Croatia, we manufacture modules and systems, supported by mechanical suppliers for efficient assembly. Together with our facility in Romania, this creates a strong supply chain in Eastern Europe.
Our European network combined with a consistent customer focus positions us as a leading provider of high-quality electronics solutions and supports our customers in nearshoring their supply chain in Europe.

North America
Variosystems North America is headquartered in Southlake, USA and serves customers in the USA and Canada. We focus on the Medical & Life Science, Aerospace, Industrial & Automation, and Smart Infrastructure & Environment markets.
Our North American supply chain consists of a facility in Southlake, USA and a facility in Juarez, Mexico. The Southlake facility provides an ideal manufacturing environment for medical device, life science and aerospace customers who require a regulated environment. The Mexico facility serves customers in all markets and provides a cost-effective and reliable production facility, particularly for higher volume programs. Both facilities offer Printed Circuit Board, electrical module and system assembly.
This extensive supply chain network in North America, combined with our continued focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, positions us as a leading provider of world-class electronics solutions and assists our customers in nearshoring their supply chains in North America.

Headquartered in Suzhou, Variosystems China provides a full range of electronics services to the local Chinese market. We focus on customers in the Industrial & Automation, Medtech & Life Science, Mobility & Transportation and High-End Consumer markets.
Our Suzhou facility offers printed circuit board assembly and electrical module and system assembly. In Shenzhen, China, we are expanding our system and product development and rapid prototyping capabilities to help our customers efficiently develop products for the Chinese market.

Asia Pacific
Headquartered in Singapore, Variosystems Asia Pacific supports customers in Southeast Asia, Australia, and India. We focus on customers in the Industrial & Automation, Mobility & Transportation, medical & life science, smart infrastructure & environment, and high-end consumer markets.
The heart of our Asia Pacific supply chain is our manufacturing facility in Badalgama, Sri Lanka. More than 1,000 employees assemble printed circuit boards, assemble electrical modules and manufacture cables. Our Global Engineering Competence Center is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and provides centralized engineering services to our engineering teams worldwide.
