We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our Test Engineering Department as an Engineering Project Coordinator. This role focuses on overseeing and maintaining accurate project documentation, tracking project progress, managing invoicing activities, and ensuring compliance with established processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication across global teams, supporting resource allocation, and providing administrative and reporting support to enable efficient and effective project execution.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Oversee and maintain project documentation, schedules, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Track project progress, key milestones, and deliverables to support timely execution.
• Ensure adherence to internal project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Support project prioritization and resource allocation to optimize execution efficiency.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status and progress reports for leadership review.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with global Variosystems sites.
• Facilitate effective information flow between Test Engineering teams and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Test Development Engineers and Team Leaders to manage project-related administrative activities.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic) or Science from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• A professional qualification in Project Management will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Working experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and ERP systems (preferably SAP) will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
