Since April 2025, Heicks has been part of the Variosystems Group. The Geseke site remains in place and now serves as the headquarters of Variosystems Europe North and as a key production facility within the new organization.

Heicks becomes Variosystems
More opportunities â locally supported, globally backed
Since early 2025, Heicks Industrieelektronik has been integrating into the Variosystems Group. This step strengthens Variosystemsâ manufacturing expertise, especially in the conformal coating of electronic components.
The Geseke site takes on a central role as both a production facility and the headquarters for customer support in Variosystems Europe North. This allows us to serve our German customers efficiently along the entire value chain â both locally and internationally.
We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration â now as Variosystems Germany GmbH.
