Recap: Impulstag 2025 – focusing on resilience
On September 18, 2025, we welcomed over 70 guests to our headquarters in Steinach for this year’s Impulstag. The focus of the event was on how organizations can become stronger, more adaptable, and future ready. Together with experts, partners, and customers, we exchanged ideas on how innovation, strategy, and collaboration can foster resilience.
Collecting new impulses to foster resilience
The program featured a variety of insights, including inspiring keynotes and practical insights from speakers such as Peter Jegart (Future Electronics), Morten Feldstedt (onsemi), and Albina Koch (Koch Consulting & Coaching). Topics ranged from the global semiconductor market and cutting-edge power technologies to neurophysiological perspectives on stress management and personal resilience.
At the same time, we presented how we combine innovation with resilience ourselves: from rapid prototyping testing, to smart factory solutions with connected tools in box build assembly, all the way to Variosystems Intelligence—demonstrating how resilience is built directly into our structures and processes
During the production tours that followed, our guests had the chance to see firsthand how our state-of-the-art manufacturing works. The day concluded with a relaxed evening of networking, apéro, and dinner, fostering valuable connections and conversations.
