Hospitality Executive (m/f/d)

We are seeking a results-driven Hospitality Executive to oversee front-office operations, travel coordination, and corporate event management. This role ensures seamless and professional experience for customers, partners, and employees through high service standards and efficient execution. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, customers, and employees.
  • Manage reception operations, meeting coordination, and communication to maintain seamless front office efficiency.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive overall guest experience.

 

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in hospitality, travel coordination, or corporate event management, front desk management, ideally within a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities with proven capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives and external partners, with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service orientation.
  • Fluency in German and good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity relevant experience in reception, travel coordination, or event management is an advantage.
