Senior Assistant – Receiving Control - Warehouse Operations (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our Warehouse Operations team as a Senior Assistant – Receiving Control. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all incoming material processes, contributing directly to operational excellence.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and manage the receiving process for all incoming goods.
• Verify documentation and ensure proper labeling and traceability.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP WM systems.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to receiving staff to meet operational goals.
• Achieve receiving and financial KPIs.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Should have successfully completed the G.C.E. A/L examination in an approved stream.
• Diploma In Warehouse Management / Materials Management.
• Strong understanding of receiving and inventory control processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP WM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in presentation and reporting for team coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools.
