Test Development Engineers (m/f/d)

We are looking for passionate Test Development Engineers to design and implement In Circuit and Functional Test solutions, create test programs (SPEA ICT/ C#, VB), analyze data, and support continuous improvement in production quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Test solutions for electronic assemblies.
• Prepare detailed test specifications, test concepts, and documentation based on product and customer requirement.
• Develop test programs using platforms such as SPEA ICT systems.
• Develop customizable software solutions.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues.
• Continuously improving test processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality
• Ensure timely and successful completion of test projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering is a must.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics Interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Python, Visual Basic.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
