The Variosystems process landscape comprises various engineering competences such as conception, the drawing up of well thought out designs and layouts, as well as prototyping. This also includes test engineering, which provides corresponding test concepts and possibilities.

With the start of series manufacturing, expertise in all disciplines of electronic manufacturing (EMS) is available to our customers. This includes our competences in circuit board placement by means of SMD procedures, or if necessary THT. Depending on the component and the individual customer requirement, Variosystems also provides support with special processes such as coating procedures. Our PCB manufacturing is optimally supplemented by our wire harness engineering and assembly, because only a suitable and optimal connection can guarantee the faultless functioning of electronic applications.

To truly be able to offer end-to-end solutions, the after sales service is especially important to us. Thanks to the technology experience of our sales team, the lifecycles of components remain optimally plannable. In addition, we can flexibly address any necessary layout modifications and realize them directly. This brings time advantages, as no new orders need to be issue.
